A new Hyundai car from a local auto parts shop may not be the best investment, but it’s not that far off.
According to a new report by The Associated Press, a dealership in the state of Wyoming sold the new Elantras for $4.4 million and $7.8 million, respectively, after selling them on eBay for $3.5 million.
The car was originally purchased in March 2016, but the seller told the AP it was only a month or two before the sale that the car was sold to the local auto part shop for $8.6 million.
The dealership was founded in the late 1800s by Joseph Ritchie, who was a veteran of the War of 1812.
Ritchie died in 2012.
According the AP, Ritchie sold his dealership to an auto parts manufacturer, which is where the Elano came from.
The Elano was originally introduced in the mid-2000s and was a popular vehicle in the United States.
The Elano had a top speed of 155 mph (225 km/h), and was the most powerful car on the market at the time.
