The warrant was filed in the Fresno County District Court on Friday.
Chiegomos wife, Stephanie Chiegmos, has been charged with murder, and her two children have been charged as adults with child endangerment, according to a news release.

In August, Fresno Police Sgt. Steve Czajkowski said a manhunt was underway for a 31-year-old man who shot and wounded his estranged wife and his children at their home in the neighborhood of the intersection of East 12th Street and South Calvert Street, about 10 miles north of Fresno.
The suspect was arrested about three hours later, Czawkowski said.
Investigators were still searching for the man Friday, and he was taken into custody.
The couple’s two children were not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
