I have spent the last few weeks working with the family of John Eaves, a man who was “locked out” of his home by an undercover FBI agent, according to the local news website, WCVB-TV, last month.
He was, at the time, in the process of divorcing his wife, and the agent told Eaves’ father, John Eave, that he had to go into the bedroom, remove a key ring, then unlock the door to enter.
“He didn’t give a shit.
He knew that it was illegal,” Eaves told the station.
“He did what he was told, and then he walked out the front door.”
Eaves was released from custody at the end of the incident, and Eaves has returned to his home, where he’s now in a temporary home.
The case is currently under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police.
